Asset Acquisition Information
In December of 2012 Trillium Family Solutions and Coleman Professional Services announced that the two organizations would begin the process of Coleman Professional Services planning to purchase the assets of Trillium Family Solutions. This process is currently under way and Coleman Professional Services has begun to hire Trillium staff and transition certain programs. All transitions to Coleman or other area organizations will be completed by April 1, 2013. To schedule an appointment with your provider please call Coleman's 24/7 Access Line at 1-877-796-3555.
