A Geriatric Care Manager is available to assist senior and/or disabled adults arrange and maintain needed care. The Care Manager also acts as a connection between seniors and long-distance care-givers and family members. We are able to provide services such as personal care assessments, medical care planning, family education and consultation, emergency assistance and more.

Specialized Care Management is available to aassist adults in managing their monthly finances. Care Managers maintain regular contact with the adult to oversee their budget and ensure their financial needs are being met. Specialized services can also include assistance with home sales, selecting a nursing home, relocation services and pet care.

Our trained and insured Caregivers provide non-medical home care to people when they are having difficulty performing household activities because of illness, pregnancy, age, job pressures or other situations. Services may include meal preparation, light cleaning, child care (with parent present), respite care, shopping and assistance getting to appointments. This service is available to individuals of all ages. 

 

Our trained and insured Caregivers provide non-medical home care to help individuals with personal hygiene and selected health needs under the supervision of a health care professional. Services may include bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders and more.  This service is available to individuals of all ages. 

 

Assistance is available to perform medium- and heavy-duty chores, including major cleaning, minor home repair, trash removal and moving heavy objects.
