Chemical Dependency Services
We provide a variety of evaluation, diagnostic, treatment and intervention services to individuals and families affected by experimentation, substance abuse and addiction. Our recovery programs utilize best practices from the fields of medicine, psychology, counseling and traditional 12-step programs to help clients accept responsibility and become committed to managing their disease. Community Psychiatric Support Treatment Services
Offers support for families and individuals with a mental health diagnosis. Our case workers also help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by providing advocacy, crisis intervention, assistance with housing, transportation, support in complying with medical care and on-going monitoring and support. School-Based Services
Meets the special needs of students and their families. Therapists act as liaisons between children, families, schools and community services to help students stay complete their education and achieve success. Read more >>
Psychiatric & Pharmacological Management ServicesIn addition to counseling, we offer medical services to individuals who require additional psychiatric evaluation and care. Our psychiatrists, with assistance from our nurses, help clients manage mental illness, evaluate the effectiveness of current medications and offer recommendations and education to improve the success of treatment.
Eldercare Services
Sometimes, seniors need assistance, support and protection to preserve their independence and lifestyle. Our social workers, nurses, case managers and therapists are trained to work with seniors when their family members are unable or unwilling, to help. We offer adults over the age of 60:
Protective Services: Conducts investigations of reported abuse, neglect and/or exploitation of seniors. As the designated agency for the Department of Job and Family Services, we make referrals to secure on-going assistance and support for affected clients. Read more >>
Guardianship Services: Provides court-appointed legal guardians for seniors who are unable to make necessary decisions to secure themselves and their assets. Guardians also ensure that clients are provided with food, shelter, medical care, legal services and other basic needs for a healthy life. Read more >>
Guardianship Training: Educates, supports and provides resources for family members or individuals who are serving as a legal guardian to a senior.
Geriatric Care Management: Assists senior and disabled adults in arranging and maintaining needed care. Also acts as a connection between seniors and long-distance care-givers and family members. Provides personal care assessments, medical care planning, family education and consultation, emergency assistance and more.
Geriatric Specialized Care Management: Assists seniors in managing monthly finances. Case managers maintain close contact with clients to oversee budgets and ensure financial needs are met. Also provides assistance with home sales, selecting a nursing home, moving and pet care.
Clinical Counseling: Provides seniors and their families with counseling on how to cope with feelings of loneliness, isolation, failing health, adjustment and grief. Also provides caregivers with support and resources.

Our Family Care Solutions Program is a fee service offering a supportive network of care to help people of all ages live safely and comfortable in their own home. Whether clients are recovering from surgery, working long hours, have a new baby or are dealing with a crisis, we can tailor our services to meet their specific needs and preferences. Read more >>

Deaf Community Services
In Stark County alone, there are nearly 2,500 deaf individuals who rely on sign language and other tools to communicate. We provide assistance to enhance the communication between deaf, hard of hearing and hearing communities. Read more >>

HIV / AIDS Case Management and Prevention
This free program offers a variety of services to individuals who are HIV+ or at high risk for contracting HIV. Case Managers offer assistance in arranging needed services including medical care, prescription
assistance, accessing various emergency assistance programs, education about the disease, advocacy, and prevention counseling. All situations are handled with the utmost respect for our clients and their confidentiality. Read more >>
