Capital Campaign
It has been a long standing goal of the agency to have a home of our own. Throughout its history, Trillium has operated out of leased space in downtown Canton. We have been at our present location at 101 Cleveland Ave since 1993. After almost 14 years, we have simply outgrown our surroundings. Our lease expense is presently $209,010 annually. It was determined that we could make better use of our resources and accommodate clients much better in our own facility. We have purchased a building and now need to raise the funds necessary to complete the renovations internally. Our new building, located at 624 Market Ave. N., Canton, Ohio, will allow us to better serve our clients by providing :
- Programmatic synergy and higher quality of services to our clients
- Ample space will be allotted for multiple support group rooms and counseling offices
- A property handicap accessibility with adequate parking for clients, guests and staff
- Trillium will remain close to many of our elderly and economically disadvantaged clients
- Trillium will remain on a bus line, making us accessible to clients
- Provides a safe, spacious environment to clients and staff
- Accommodates space and privacy needs
- Trillium will remain located in downtown Canton meaning jobs will stay in the City with a total payroll, salary and wages of $4,625,269. This is significant to Canton’s economy.
Last year alone, our agency served 9,453 clients ranging from children to elder adults, in all different economic and sociologic groups.
