Trillium Family Solutions carries out its mission with the conviction that the family, in its various forms, is the most essential and stabilizing element in our society, and that counseling, support and assistance strengthen the family.
Our Core Values
- Trillium Family Solutions will provide services that recognize and respect the assets of the families and individuals that it serves.
- Trillium Family Solutions will approach services to individual and families within the context of the social systems (ie: churches, schools, etc.) that impact those individuals and families.
- Trillium Family Solutions values the diversity in our community as a strength of our community.
Our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)/Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Philosophy
Trillium Family Solutions believes in a strong commitment to use a broad-based, organization-wide process inclusive of staff and stakeholders (clients, collaborators, funders and community members) which uses data to identify areas of needed improvement and implement improvement plans in support of achieving performance targets, program goals, client satisfaction and positive client outcomes. Implementation of CQI/PQI within Trillium Family Solutions is a function of our CQI Coordinator and, along parallel lines, all Trillium Family Solutions staff.
