In Home Services RN Supervisor - Posted 6/11/10

Part-time position (approximately 24 hours per week) available for RN to supervise care services for home health program. Responsibilities include: conduct PASSPORT/Care Coordination in home assessments and on-going service reviews; provide clinical supervision and training of Home Health Aides; collaborate with Program Director regarding program operations and service issues. This position involves traveling to client homes throughout Stark County. Mileage reimbursement is available.

 

This position offers a flexible schedule that can be determined by the individual based on weekly workload.  Initial starting pay is $19.50 per hour. Must have valid RN license in the State of Ohio.   EOE

Therapist/Counselor

Full time and part time Clinical Therapist positions available for counselors or social workers to provide mental health counseling services for adults, youth, and families.  Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan development, counseling, and timely documentation. 

 

Master’s degree and licensure (LSW, LISW, PCC, or PC) required.  Independent licensure preferred.  Experience in mental health counseling required.  Additional experience in alcohol and drug counseling preferred.  Moderate computer literacy and typing skills required. Case Manager

Position available for Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) case manager to provide community based support services for mental health consumers.  Responsible for coordinating treatment including psychiatric and medical care, crisis stabilization, utilizing community resources, financial management, developing support systems, and other daily living activities. Caseloads are based in Stark County.  This is a salaried full-time position with fringe benefits.

Minimum of bachelors degree in social services field.  Ohio licensure or licensure eligible preferred. (ie.
